The AHIP group rate is $249.00 (Single or Double) plus 17.5% sales tax. The group rate is available until Tuesday, February 20, 2024, or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first). This cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.
Rooms at this rate are being held for arrival on Sunday, March 10, 2024, and departure on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Space is limited. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and the contracted rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only.

- Early Checkout Fee: Guests departing before their scheduled departure date will pay $75 fee.
- Late Checkout Fee: Late checkouts are subject to availability and have tiered pricing starting at $50.00.
Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
All room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card and provided at the time of reservation for the first and last night’s room and tax. Cancellations will be accepted by the hotel up to 14 days in advance of guest’s arrival without penalty. If reservation is cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the first and last night’s deposit.
