Hotel Cancellation Policy for Omni Nashville and Hilton Garden Inn Nashville
All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.
If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (Wednesday, August 30, 2023), the deposit will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within thirteen (13) days or less prior to arrival (August 31 – September 13, 2023), the individual will be charged the entire length of stay.
Rate and Hotel Information
The AHIP group rate at:
- Hilton Garden Inn Nashville is $249.00 for single or double occupancy and sales tax is 15.25% plus $2.50 city occupancy fee, per room per night.
- Omni Nashville is $349.00 for single or double occupancy and sales tax is 15.25% plus $2.50 city occupancy fee, per room per night.
When calling the hotels directly, please reference America’s Health Insurance Plans, AHIP or AHIP Consumer Digital Forum, to receive the group rate.
Reservation deadline is Monday, August 14, 2023, or when the room blocks are sold-out.
Rooms at this rate are for arrival on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, and departure on Friday, September 15, 2023. Space is limited.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and the contracted rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only. This is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.
