CMS recently announced a new requirement for Medicare Advantage health plans to provide their members with digital health literacy support to advance health equity. This important requirement around health equity is intended to help those individuals at risk who are low income, disabled, over the age of 65, and/or live in rural communities and lack access to the quality, consistent care they need to properly address their health.
In this webinar, a group of multidisciplinary experts will take a macro-level look at the challenges in engaging older adults in new technology, including the barriers this population faces in the digital age, and how payers can address these challenges to meet forthcoming requirements and improve access to health and overall well-being.
