Roger Holstein

For more than 30 years, Roger Holstein has been a transformative force leading healthcare into the digital age, empowering consumers and physicians alike with transparent access to the information they need to make informed decisions. Since 2006, Roger is Managing Director at Vestar Capital Partners, where he has led investments in healthcare information services companies, including Quest Analytics, Healthgrades, and Press Ganey. Currently, Roger serves on the Board of Directors of Quest Analytics, Progyny, Inc., Veritas Collaborative and Healthgrades.

Previously, Roger has led several of the nation’s leading health information service companies as CEO, President and/or Board member.

Roger was a co-President at Medco, where he helped to create the business of prescription benefit management.

Roger was CEO at WebMD, which enables more than 100mm consumers and 1mm physicians and health professionals to find the information and continuing medical education they need to make more informed decisions about symptoms, diseases, and treatments.
