Nikunj Kshatriya

Nik Kshatriya is Sr. Director at Health Care Services Corporation (Licensee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL, MT, NM, OK, TX) managing their Government IT Products across Care Management, Utilization Management, and Appeals & Grievances product lines. Nik has been working in the government, clinical & product management space for over 18 years. For past 5 years, Nik has been laser focused on clinical product management at HCSC and uses his wealth of experience in building innovative products & solutions for their Government business. Prior to HCSC, Nik was with Deloitte Consulting where he built his product management expertise and implemented complex systems like the Illinois Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment System (ABE) by converting a 30-year-old Mainframe system to modern technologies.

Nik has an undergraduate degree from Mumbai University in Computer Engineering, a Master’s degree from University of Arizona in Management of Information Systems, an Executive Program Certificate from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management in Product Strategy and several technology & management certifications. He lives in Chicago with his wife, son & daughter and loves travelling cycling, cricket, watching sci-fi movies, working on school projects with his kids and taking on home improvement projects.
