Michelle Conway is a Health Insurance Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office (MMCO). At MMCO, Michelle focuses on partnering with states participating in the Financial Alignment Initiative, quality measurement, and the social determinants of health outcomes among dually eligible individuals.
Before joining MMCO in 2019, Michelle earned a Master in Public Affairs at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. She previously worked in city government and affordable housing in New Orleans, LA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Columbia University. Michelle lives in Washington, DC with her partner, and enjoys exploring the city’s many great restaurants.
