Lisa Mason
Associate Vice President, Product Design & Insights, Providence
Lisa D Mason is the Associate Vice President of Product Design and Insights at Providence Digital Innovation Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in consumer research and product design, leading teams and companies through the complexities of understanding customers and driving product direction and vision. She started her career at Microsoft, covering emerging technologies in travel, video games, consumer and enterprise software, and mobile and consumer hardware. While there, she focused on creating captivating user experiences through innovative research techniques, and was a finalist in the Research Excellence Award from the Industrial Design Society of America.
In the Digital Innovation Group, Lisa takes products from the initial concept phase—designing best of breed health care experiences—and spins out those products as new start-up companies. Working on DIG’s 4th spin out, Lisa is developing a mobile and chat platform designed to help health systems increase patient engagement while leverage multiple lines of business in one application. Lisa has a M.S in Physics from the University of Minnesota.
