Laura Weiss is a Vice President at Optum Insight with 12 years of health care experience. Her most recent focus is on building population health and value-based care programs. Laura's additional areas of expertise include accountable care organizations, clinical program development, provider aggregation, provider satisfaction, and building high performing satisfied teams. Ms. Weiss is a south Louisiana native and graduate of Franciscan University and Louisiana State University. She is passionate about improving the care delivery system to ensure equitable care for all.

Laura currently resides in Louisiana with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, and gardening.
