Laini Jarrett

Laini Jarrett is a Quality Review Coordinator II with Alliance Health’s Quality Management Department and has over 30-years of history working with health organizations in varying management and technical support capacities. Her passion in health care work has helped to facilitate program improvements that enhance the quality of care delivered within rural and urban programs across the United States. In addition to supporting NCQA accreditation and reporting activities, she currently serves as a Chair for the Alliance Health’s’ Health Equity Council. Laini holds a BS degree from Howard University in Health and Physical Education and a Master’s Certificate from East Carolina University in Community Health Clinic Administration. She is a skilled project manager and is Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certified.  Laini believes that as complex as navigating health systems and supportive care programs can be; there is no reason why leaders should not dedicate time to making sure no member of the community is left behind and left to perish when it comes to having access to quality and necessary health care.
