Kimberly Switlick-Prose

Kimberly is the Vice President for Enterprise Star Performance at Elevance Health where she is responsible for establishing the strategic direction, ensuring performance execution and ultimately working to align interests and action to secure strong Star performance across our 42 Medicare contracts and diverse markets.

Throughout Kimberly’s experience, she has stabilized Star performance across multiple business segments at 4.5 and 5 Stars, and also redefined and operationalized an enterprise-wide CX Strategy to align to the discreet member and patient experience needs of our government markets membership.

Kimberly brings a wealth of experience in strategy and organizational alignment having worked globally to design, implement and lead integrated programming to improve health ecosystems that improve health for diverse populations.

In her non-work time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and playing with her 3 kids in St. Paul, Minnesota.
