Jeff White, PharmD, MS is Staff VP, Clinical Pharmacy Services for Elevance Health. His primary responsibility is to improve the health and safety of Elevance members while making healthcare more affordable. Jeff oversees the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Process (Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Value Assessment Committee) from end to end for all formularies.
Dr. White leads a team of about 40 clinical pharmacists with expertise in formulary strategy, drug evaluation, clinical policy development, drug pipeline monitoring, and committee oversight. He leads or plays a key role in a number of internal and external committees. Dr. White received his Doctor of Pharmacy and Masters of Science degrees from USC. Dr. White's strengths are in leading a team of high performing individuals, formulary strategy, drug evaluation, outcomes research, and improving health while keeping health care affordable.
