Heather Bassett, MD

Since 2013, Dr. Heather Bassett has served as Chief Medical Officer for XSOLIS, a position responsible for harnessing clinical analytics and artificial intelligence to transform the discipline of utilization review and case management.
Dr. Bassett earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon, her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and undertook her residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt Medical Center, in Nashville, TN. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and served as a Hospitalist at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN for eight years before joining XSOLIS.
