Gizella Crawford

Gizella Crawford joined Mass General Brigham Health Plan in 2017, after 14 years at Point32 Health (formerly Tufts Health Plan). Prior to Point32 Health, she managed Client Services at Great-West Life in the New England region and started her health insurance career at Guardian Life. Since 2017, she has worked as Director of Account Management leading all ongoing account management and retention of commercial accounts. Gizella’s career has primarily been focused on managing large client service teams and maintaining strong client relationships to increase client satisfaction and achieve revenue and retention targets.
