As Vice President of Medicaid Programs at PacificSource Community Solutions, Erin Fair Taylor provides executive oversight and strategic direction for its Medicaid line of business. Based in its Portland office, Erin works with regional Health Councils, Medicaid leaders, and strategic community partners for Central Oregon, Columbia Gorge, Lane, Marion and Polk, and Health Share of Oregon Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to promote health equity and ensure access to high quality Medicaid services.
Prior to joining PacificSource in 2021, Erin led CareOregon’s efforts to stand up and operate five CCOs across the state, established in-house council functions, and ultimately served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Erin launched her health policy career in the Oregon State Legislature just as Oregon’s Health System Transformation efforts were starting, staffing legislative efforts that heralded the foundation for Oregon’s coordinated care model and created the Oregon Health Authority.
Erin earned her BA in Anthropology from the University of Florida, MPH from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and JD from the University of Oregon, which also awarded her the 2017 Young Alumna Award. She is incoming Chair of the Project Access NOW Board of Directors, and serves on various CCO board committees.
