Emily is a Senior Director of Specialty Product Development within OptumRx. She is responsible for developing products and services for the Pharmacy Care Services organization that optimize patient outcomes, reduce cost of care, and increase satisfaction of members and providers across the pharmacy and medical benefit. For over 15 years, Emily has been a leader within Optum and the health care industry working to bring programs to market across core focus areas of population health management, customer service, benefit transparency, and provider networks.
