Dr. Jocelyn Hines serves as a Medical Director within Inovalon’s Clinical Operations team, where she provides clinical guidance and oversight to Inovalon’s national clinician network performing in-home assessments. She also provides clinical expertise and insight across teams to support product development, functionality, and operations.
Dr. Jocelyn Hines joined Inovalon in 2019 and serves as a Medical Director within Clinical Operations and provides clinical guidance and oversight to Inovalon’s national network of clinicians performing in-home assessments. Inovalon’s prospective in-home assessment program utilizes resources from across the healthcare ecosystem in combination with data analytics to provide a point of care service that enables clients to improve risk score accuracy and close quality gaps. Simultaneously, members receive a high-quality comprehensive health exam that facilitates improved well-being through self-efficacy and access to health-related information. In addition Dr. Hines’ role with the in-home assessment program, she also provides clinical expertise and insight across teams to assist with product development, functionality and operational support.
Dr. Hines is Board Certified Family Physician and prior to joining Inovalon held various clinical leadership and consulting roles within the primary care, urgent care, and occupational health care environment. She is a strong advocate for equitable high quality clinical care and improving the health of patients, families, and communities. Dr. Hines received her medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School and her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Baltimore.
