Deborah Daly

Deborah Daly is the Director of Strategy at Bamboo Health where she focuses on improving care journeys while reducing the total cost of care by tackling the most challenging problems for health plans, providers and governments. Throughout her four years at Bamboo Health, she has held many impactful roles including health plan and provider implementations, product development, growth and testing.

Before joining Bamboo, Daly led behavioral health strategy and finance at MassHealth, where she helped design the state's BH reform roadmap with the aim of creating an effective and efficient system of care with a clear front door. She also led key efforts for MassHealth's dual eligible waiver and D-SNP programs.

Daly studied Public and International Affairs and Neuroscience at Princeton University.
