Dave Fife

As the Director of Population Health at CareOregon, Dave Fife works with care networks, community partners, and CareOregon members to address social and structural determinants of health and improve health outcomes through prevention and holistic care. His team at CareOregon provides population health management services and also designs and deploys innovative social health benefits that support health related social needs. Prior to his role at CareOregon, he served as the Director of Population Health Operations at Spectrum Health in Michigan. He has graduate degrees in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and in American Literature from Brigham Young University.
