Kidney Care of Oregon is a 11-provider nephrology group serving Oregon for over 40 years. Currently they participate in the CKCC value-based care model via CMS and successfully participated in End Stage Seamless Care organization model. He has been serving on the PacificSource Insurance Board of Directors since 2007. He is also on the Interwell Health Board of Directors since 2021; a national CKD health management company. Previously he was the President and interim CEO of Northwest Health Partners; a clinically integrated network formed in Eugene, Oregon with 120 providers, across 8 specialties. A graduate of Ohio University college of Osteopathic Medicine; he completed his nephrology fellowship at the University of Washington in 1996. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology since 2014.
