Cathlyn Fraguela Rios is currently the manager of the Behavioral Health Concierge program and also holds clinical times where she sees patients. Cathlyn earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and completed her internship at the Behavioral Health and Memory Wellness Unit at Auburn Medical Center. Cathlyn has experience working in community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, integrated primary care as well as private practice. She believes in a collaborative approach when working with individuals and she has experience in working with individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma and burnout. Using a variety of evidence based treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solution focused, she finds elements that are tailored to the goals and needs of the individual incorporating their experience as well as strengths.
Cathlyn’s practice philosophy is "I believe that making connections with people is the cornerstone of doing meaningful work with them. Helping them think through whatever challenges they are going through. I envision my work to be figuring out what works for each individual so that the change can be sustainable."
