Jon’s career has been wide ranging through healthcare, retail e-commerce, messaging and multichannel communications, and Internet of Things (IOT) – to name a few – serving over 10M monthly active users. Some of his past customers include Liberty Global, AT&T, Wide Open West, CenturyLink, Paula Deen Foods, SoftScience (from the makers of Crocs), and Intellastar. In his current role with Independent Health, Jon is focused on leading a customer-focused, digital-first business transformation to make care delivery more enjoyable, effective, and efficient.
