Senior Director, Virtual Care, Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA)
Adrienne serves as the Senior Director, Virtual Care at Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) working to improve digital literacy and use of virtual care among both members and providers. Adrienne is a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts.
Prior to joining CCA, Adrienne worked as a family consultant with therapeutic foster children and families, provided individual mental health and substance use counseling to adults, and served as a state subject matter expert through a Massachusetts grant-funded program, Smoke-Free Families, with the goal of reducing secondhand smoke exposure to children through training and policy support. At Beacon Health Options, a national behavioral health managed care organization, Adrienne served in progressive clinical, quality, and clinical quality operations leadership roles for over 8 years, including developing the infrastructure to allow and oversee telehealth services by outpatient providers beginning in 2015. Adrienne graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with her BA in Psychology and summa cum laude from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary with her Master of Arts in Counseling (Dual track: Mental Health Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy).
