Adrian Sovik is a Regional Director of Healthcare Management at Elevance Health in the Medicaid space. She has supported the Texas health plan in all products (including the implementation of Star Kids in 2016) and multiple leadership roles prior to stepping into a regional position where she provides oversight to over 1.2 million members across Texas and Nebraska in the areas of Utilization Management and Care Management. She has previously managed programs and RFPs in Colorado (BH), Kansas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. Adrian’s passion and focus is leading trend-driven decisions of change to close gaps in care, specifically in the virtual healthcare space.
Adrian is currently completing her MBA and resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
